Technical Records Officer
The Technical Records Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date aircraft maintenance records, ensuring compliance with aviation regulatory requirements and company standards. This role supports the engineering and maintenance teams by managing documentation related to aircraft service, inspections, modifications, and component tracking.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Maintain and update aircraft technical records, including logbooks, work orders, and component histories.
• Ensure all maintenance documentation complies with aviation authority regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor aircraft flight hours and cycles for scheduled maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to collect and verify completed work documentation.
• Archive and retrieve records for audits, inspections, and operational reviews.
• Assist in preparing reports for internal use and regulatory submission.
• Track component removals, installations, and life-limited parts.
• Support digital recordkeeping systems and participate in data migration or system upgrades.
QUALIFICATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance records or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (e.g., CAAT, EASA, FAA).
• Proficiency in recordkeeping systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
