Ab-Initio Pilot Program: TAS recruits annually for entry-level pilot training. The selection process includes a comprehensive assessment involving knowledge tests, panel and group interviews, medical examinations, aptitude assessments, and personality evaluations. Selected candidates are offered a scholarship to an intensive flight training program, preparing them to begin a career as offshore helicopter pilots with TAS.

Qualified Pilot Program: Experienced pilots meeting our requirements are invited to apply by submitting relevant documentation. Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview and, if selected, will be invited for further assessment at TAS.

Recurrent Training and Checking: To ensure the highest level of operational readiness, TAS pilots undergo recurrent training and assessments twice a year in a CAAT-approved full flight simulator. This program upholds our commitment to safety, competency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
