HUMS Assistant

      The HUMS Assistant supports the monitoring and analysis of aircraft health data collected through the Health Usage Monitoring System (HUMS). This role ensures timely data processing, assists in identifying potential maintenance needs, and contributes to the safety and reliability of aircraft operations.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Download, organize, and process HUMS data from aircraft systems.

• Assist in analyzing vibration, engine, and component data to detect anomalies or trends.

• Support maintenance planning by providing condition-based insights.

• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records of HUMS reports and findings.

• Assist in preparing reports for internal review and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure HUMS equipment and software are functioning correctly and updated.

• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives related to HUMS.

 

QUALIFICATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of aircraft systems, especially rotorcraft components.

• Familiarity with HUMS software and data analysis tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
